Heritage Lecture Series

Please join at the Carson Valley Museum & Cultural Center as we welcome Sharon DeCarlo who will be speaking about Will James, a famous Nevada Cowboy, Artist and Author. Mr. James spent time in Saskatchewan and Montana before settling in Nevada, where he worked as a cowboy and began drawing and writing.  His experiences in Nevada, including a stint in prison for cattle rustling, shaped his understanding of the cowboy life and fueled his creative output. 

Doors Open at 6:00 p.m.  Lecture Begins at 6:30 p.m.
